Sameeksha Mittal is a Delhi-based Dancer having extensive teaching experience of more than 8 years with the Danceworx, Right Moves Academy, she stands as the artistic director and founder of Bhaav Dance Company founded in 2017. Sameeksha has trained for more than 12years in various dance forms like Ballet, Jazz, Dancehall, Modern Contemporary, Limon Technique, Theatre Jazz from national and international faculties.

Description
Jazz dance is a performance [dance] and style that in the United States arose in the mid 20th century. Jazz dance may allude to vernacular jazz or to Broadway or dramatic jazz. The two types expand on African-American vernacular styles of dance that arose with jazz music. In this course, the sessions will revolve around working on performative skills and styling, along with developing the technique of this dance-form.
Essentials for this Course
1. You must be dressed in activewear attire ONLY. Jeans or any other non-suitable form of clothing will not be allowed.

| Introduction of Jazz and Ballet Hand and Feet positions. | |||
| Session 2 - Brushing upon the Feet and Hand positions taught in the previous class. (14 April) | |||
| Session 3 - Work on individual elements, Confidence building and adding character to the choreography while understanding how to approach music. (21 April) | |||
| Session 4 -Revising and looking back the whole month and going through all techniques learnt. (28 April) | |||
