We partnered with Titan to design and implement a month-long appreciation campaign that was both heartfelt and inclusive. Central to this initiative was an intuitive web app that connected employees from across the country.

Employees could send customizable thank-you notes enhanced with fun stickers and stamps, making each message unique and personal.

This initiative successfully broke down barriers and built a stronger sense of community within the company.
