Titan aimed to celebrate and recognize the contributions of its retail staff while promoting a sense of community and appreciation among employees.

Solution
We partnered with Titan to develop the "Brand Ambassadors Celebration Day" (BACD) initiative, inspired by Titan MD Mr. CK Venkataraman’s recognition of frontline workers as the brand’s true heroes.
Engaging Activities
Online events such as Jingle Joy, Trivia, Magic Moments, and Mad Ads were organized through a user-friendly portal, complemented by offline theme dress days and team lunches.

The BACD initiative achieved remarkable success. 20,000+ Participants: Over 16,000 retail staff and 4,000 support staff actively joined the celebrations.
