Titan Company Limited, known for its strong ethical values, aimed to raise awareness and reinforce ethical standards across its diverse workforce, from factory staff to corporate and retail teams. Titan needed to increase awareness of the Tata Code of Conduct, covering POSH, financial misconduct, conflicts of interest, and whistle-blowing, while ensuring it resonated with all employees.
